At Prado Beauty, our goal is to offer a highly personalized experience rooted in artistry, care, and integrity. These policies were created not only to protect our time and energy, but also to provide clarity and transparency at every step of your beauty journey.

Please read carefully before booking any service.

✦ Consultation & Session Booking

To begin your experience with us, we offer a consultation appointment where we’ll evaluate your needs, talk through the process, and design a plan tailored to your features and goals.

The consultation requires a non-refundable fee of 30 USD.
If you choose to schedule your session during the consultation, an additional 30 USD will be required to secure your spot.
This means the full reservation fee becomes 60 USD, and will be fully credited toward the final cost of your treatment.

This model helps ensure that each appointment is reserved with true intention, allowing us to dedicate our time and attention to clients who are genuinely ready.

✦ Booking & Payments

All appointments must be booked through our official website.
Reservation fees are non-refundable and applied toward the final balance due on the day of service.
We accept debit/credit cards and cash. No payments are accepted through social media or direct message.

✦ Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours will result in the loss of your reservation fee.
You may reschedule your session once, within 60 days of the original appointment. After that, a new booking and payment will be required.
Missed or forgotten appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

These timeframes allow us to offer that appointment to another client on the waiting list.

✦ Punctuality Matters

Please plan to arrive on time. We respect your schedule, and we ask the same in return.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel or shorten your appointment, and the reservation fee will be forfeited.
Each appointment is carefully prepared and cannot be rushed without compromising the quality of your results.

✦ About the Technique & Results

The Prado Concept is a personalized pigment implantation technique for brows or lips, designed to enhance your natural features with subtlety and harmony. Every face is unique, and so are the results.

We do not guarantee perfect symmetry, as facial and muscular structures are naturally asymmetrical.
The final shape is approved by you before any procedure begins.
Skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare are key factors that influence how pigment heals and holds.
You may still wish to use pencil or powder depending on your preferences.

✦ Touch-Ups & Adjustments

A complimentary follow-up is included and must be scheduled within 4 to 6 weeks after your initial session.
This session is intended for minor refinements only and does not replace a full treatment.
If this timeframe is missed, a fee will apply and the session will be considered a paid touch-up.
Additional sessions may be required depending on pigment retention and healing — these are priced separately and discussed with you beforehand.

✦ Clients with Previous PMU

If you’ve had permanent makeup done by another artist, we ask that previous work be at least 85% faded before booking. This ensures we can safely and effectively work with your skin.

To confirm eligibility, please send clear photos to contact@camilabeauty.com before booking.
If the area is not suitable and prior approval wasn’t granted, your appointment may be canceled and the fee retained.

✦ Refund Policy

All procedures are custom and based on a collaborative design process. As such, no refunds are provided once a procedure has been performed — including for cases of client regret, failure to follow aftercare, or unexpected healing behavior.
